Welcome to Stagetic! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using Stagetic. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Stagetic ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website, applications, and related interior design visualization services.

By registering an account or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Stagetic. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Stagetic provides an AI-powered interior design visualization platform that transforms sketches, photos of rooms, and floor plans into rendered interior designs. The Service includes AI-generated image rendering, prompt-based image editing, and related features as described on our website.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Billing

Credits are purchased on a subscription basis and renew each billing cycle. Each AI generation or edit consumes 1 credit. Credits are available only while your subscription is active and cannot be used during a pending refund. Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing period with no compensation.

You may switch plans at any time. The change takes effect immediately — your current subscription is canceled and you are billed in full for the new plan, receiving its full credit allotment. Unused credits from your previous plan do not roll over, and no refund is issued for the previous plan's remaining period or credits. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Plans are intended for personal or single-user use only. Sharing your account, credits, or subscription benefits with any other person or entity, whether directly or indirectly, is strictly prohibited.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees for any billing period are refundable within 14 days of payment, provided no credits have been used during that period. By using any credits, you acknowledge and agree that you begin the immediate performance of the digital service and thereby waive any statutory right of withdrawal or refund. 6. User Content

You retain all rights to the images, sketches, and plans you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Stagetic a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content, and we do not use your private User Content to train publicly accessible AI models without your explicit consent.

7. AI-Generated Output

AI-generated images are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy, suitability, uniqueness, or consistency. Results may vary based on input quality, photo composition, lighting, clarity, chosen styles, and AI model limitations. The generated output may not perfectly replicate the original room structure or meet all expectations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated output before commercial use.

Stagetic grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the AI-generated outputs for any commercial or personal purpose. Stagetic retains all ownership rights in the outputs and the underlying AI models.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for material violation of these Terms or for any reason with prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and unused credits are forfeited without refund.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Stagetic does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stagetic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us for the Service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or gross negligence.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (PRC), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the Service provider resides.

13. Force Majeure

Stagetic shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, network failures, or server outages.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through a notice on the Service prior to the change becoming effective. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
